At Vismay Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Vismay account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the relevant items to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
